Hi, I'm Jessica Lei. As an ENFJ, My approach: start, then refine. Simple as that.

Designer → Digital Marketing  Data Analytics

I took the long way—freelance marketing, getting laid off, and running my own e-commerce store. That’s where I gained real data (orders, traffic, conversions) and developed a persistent drive to solve problems. An ENFJ by nature, I taught myself SQL and Python using my own data. I’m not a coder, but I know how to use tools to find answers.

Why I Am Learning Business Analytics ?
Not because I love numbers—I'm actually afraid of them.
It's because "I think" and "I guess" have cost me dearly as a designer and e-commerce owner.I want to replace intuition with evidence—it's as simple as that.

Skills Summary
• Data Tools (SQL, Power BI, Python) – Currently learning; most skilled at "consulting AI when stuck."
• Design & Strategy – Expertise in design thinking, branding, and marketing strategy. Skilled at simplifying complex concepts.
• E-Commerce Operations – Managed my own side business for six years. I know exactly what to do when the numbers don't look good.
• Soft Skills – ENFJ (the type of person my boss tried twice to retain). Entrepreneurial mindset – I transform problems into opportunities and opportunities into revenue.

To the Hiring Team
Tech skills? Still developing. However, I bring two qualities that most analysts lack: 6 years of e-commerce experience and a designer’s eye.
I don't just solve problems using data; I ask, "What is this worth?"
